Our Health, Safety and Environment philosophy is to ensure that we have zero harm and injuries. We focus on preventing personal injuries, work related illness and major accidents by developing a strong safety culture through awareness.
We train our staff frequently to ensure compliance with current legislations and regulations in this industry to ensure that:

• Hazards arising from our operations which employees, contractors and the general public may be exposed to are minimised.
• Safety standards are incorporated in all developmental projects and other operations to ensure hazard control.
• Safety awareness sensitisation for employees and other stakeholders is maintained.
• Best practice and lessons learned including those from incidents and near miss Investigations are shared.
• Programs for hazard identification and job planning (including consideration of human factor) are established.
